The cost of packing and delivery is included in the price of each product for orders within the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us first so that we can inform you of delivery costs.

Your credit or debit card details will be held exclusively by NetBanx on their secure server, and will not be communicated to northumberlandscapes. Cookies may be used in the online Shop, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

You will not be contacted for marketing purposes by northumberlandscapes unless you agree to it on your order form.

Distance Selling Regulations

Cancellation
You have the legal right to cancel an order within seven working days of your receipt of the goods, which should be returned undamaged before a refund can be made. Please include the Returns Slip that will accompany your order, and retain and re-use the original packaging, if possible. You will need to pay for return postage.

Defective goods
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you should return it, within fourteen working days. Goods should be returned undamaged, before a refund can be made. Please note that: Colours in printed photographs may differ somewhat from those shown on this website, and: Photographs are liable to fade if placed in direct sunlight, and may warp if placed near a heat source. Prints shall not be regarded as defective in such cases.

Delivery

Whilst we will do our best to have items delivered promptly, and within a period of fifteen working days from payment for your order, please note that prints and cards are produced individually to order and longer may be necessary at busy times, during holiday periods, or with large orders. northumberlandscapes cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery that are beyond its control.
